The China-Yiwu International Forest Products Fair (Forest Fair), which offered delicious food and interesting objects, opened on November 1 as scheduled. It not only attracted many buyers and “foodies,” but also attracted a group of foreign students. This group of foreign students, a total of 26 people, came from a middle school in Landkreis Kitzingen County, Bavaria, Germany.

In addition to visiting novelties and tasting new cuisines, German students also experienced various cultures of different parts of China at the Forest Fair. In the costum museum of She ethnic group, interested in She girls dressed in She clothing, Germany students went on the stage and danced with them. The hospitable exhibitors invited the foreign students to taste traditional black tea, andsent some dried chrysanthemum tea to them so they can enjoy it even back in Germany.

Michael, the group leader, told the reporter that these students just arrived in Yiwu a few days ago to have a one-week study tour as exchange students in the Yiwu No. 4 High School.

“Taking advantage of this opportunity, we organized the students to visit the Forest Fair. We believe it can help the students understand Yiwuas a trade city, as well as the charming Chinese culture, more intuitively,” Michael said.
