First E-License for Foreign-Funded Enterprises

  On June 13, Da Ma, the legal representative of Yiwu Dama Trading Co., Ltd., got his companys e-license—the first e-license for foreign-funded enterprises in Zhejiang Province—from the Yiwu Market Supervision Administration (MSA).

  As the only pilot unit in Zhejiang Province, the Yiwu MSA is responsible for the preliminary work. It also assists the Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Industry & Commerce with the generalization of e-registration. On June 8,Jinhua’s e-registration platform for foreign-funded enterprises was launched.

  The working staff members of the Yiwu MSA said that applicants are able to fill in related forms by logging on to the Zhejiang Government Affairs Service Website ( and clickinge-registration platform.After completing the registration application according to the companys situation, the system will automatically draw up needed documents, including its regulations, decisions, and resolutions.

  After the successful launch of the registration platform, the Municipal Administration of Market Supervision and Regulation issued eight e-licenses from June 13-14. The applicants are from eight different countries and regions, most of which are along the Belt and Road. The applicants include foreign enterprisers in the Yiwu market; foreign students graduating from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Xinjiang Normal University, and other universities in China; and foreigners on their firstvisit to China.
