On September 22, the Jinhua Economic & Technological Development Zone (JETDZ) signed an investment agreement with Zhejiang Yitu Electric Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Yitu), bringing a project with an expected annual output of 2.62 million sets of new energy auto parts. With a total investment of 300 million RMB, this project has an initial investment of $15 million USD and covers an area of 20,000 m². It is expected to have an annual output value of 150 million RMB and a tax revenue of over 9 million RMB. 

The investor of this project, Zhejiang Yitu, was invested and built up by a Romanian businessman in 2015. It has dedicated itself to the research and development, design, production, and sales of electric vehicles, as well as corresponding accessories. It is a perfect match for the Development Zone in Jinhua, which is at the forefront of the reform and opening up for international exchanges. Currently, JETDZ is involved in the Belt and Road initiative, the Yiwu-Ningbo-Zhoushan Corridor, the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, and the G60 Science and Technology Corridor, creating a new pattern of comprehensive opening up.

In the next step, the Development Zone will play the role of foreign investment in promoting foreign trade, expand the business scope of import and export products, promote the development of high-tech and high-value-added import and export industries, and create a better environment for the development of foreign trade companies.     扩大对外开放吸引外商投资-罗马尼亚籍外商独资项目落地金华开发区

     9月22日，金华开发区与浙江易途电动车业有限公司签订投资协议，年产262万套新能源汽车零部件项目正式落地开发区。新项目投资总额达3亿元，首期投入1500万美金，占地面积30亩，预计达产后年产值1.5亿元，税收超900万元。

     项目投资方浙江易途电动车业有限公司成立于2015年，是由罗马尼亚外商瑟布·索瑞投资建设，致力于电动载具及相应配件的研发、设计、生产及销售。开发区是改革开放的前沿阵地，是对外交往的重要窗口，当前正积极主动接轨“一带一路”、义甬舟开放大通道、长三角一体化以及G60科创走廊战略，开创全面对外开放新格局。接下来，开发区将发挥外商投资对外贸的促进作用，有效扩大进出口产品经营范围，推动开发区进出口产业向高技术含量、高附加值发展，为外贸企业发展营造良好的外部环境。
