CCTV “Tasty China” Shot in Pan’an

In October, the crew of Tasty China went to Pan’an County to shoot an episode about Pan’an’s local specialties and culture.

Tasty China is a documentary program broadcasted on CCTV-4, the Mandarin channel targeted at overseas Chinese audiences, and focuses on Chinese cuisine with a cultural perspective. It selects the most typical and representative local cuisine and tells the story and culture behind the foods, with each episode having a different theme. The director of Tasty China said that the beautiful natural environment of Pan’an has nurtured a wealth of high-quality ingredients and the simple cooking methods retain the original taste of the ingredients, forming a unique food culture.

In this filming session, the crew visited Fangqian, Renchuan, Jianshan, Anwen, and other places to shoot the cooking process and food culture of Fangqian steamed buns, lamb in wine pot, grouper, and more.    央视《美食中国》磐安取景

   近日,央视四套中文国际频道《美食中国》栏目组到磐安县取景拍摄,寻味山城美食,聚焦乡土风味。

  《美食中国》是一档以人文视角聚焦中华美食的纪录片栏目,选取最富地方特色、具有典型性和代表性的美食策划制作节目,每期节目形成一个相对独立的主题,解读一种美食文化现象。栏目组负责人表示,磐安良好的自然生态资源孕育了丰富的优质食材,简单的烹饪方法保留了食材原味,形成独特的美食文化。

   本次拍摄,栏目组先后到方前、仁川、尖山、安文等地取景,拍摄了方前馒头、酒坛羊肉、石斑鱼烹饪过程和饮食文化。据了解,节目内容计划于11月中旬播出。(记者 黄娇丽)
