ChinaGoods Platform Launches in Yiwu

On the morning of October 21, the ChinaGoods platform themed “Digital Innovation Brings Yiwu Trade a Better Future” was officially launched at Yiwu International Expo Center. With this, the official website of Yiwu Market—“Yiwu Commodities City (chinagoods.com)” is fully embarking on digital transformation and development.

The ChinaGoods platform is developed and operated by Yiwu Commodities City. It relies on the resources of 75,000 physical stores in the Yiwu market and serves million micro, small, and medium-sized businesses. Since the platform went online for testing in April this year, it has launched multiple versions, including a PC version, an app, a and a WAP version, with over 50,000 merchants and 500,000 purchasers registered.

In March of this year, Premier Minister Li Keqiang video-contacted Yiwu Commodities City to learn about domestic and international orders. He hopes that Yiwu will take the lead in meeting domestic market demand and consolidating its shares in international markets. The Yiwu market will cover 219 countries and regions around the world and introduce a large number of trade resources on the ChinaGoods platform through the domestic secondary wholesale market and various overseas sites.     21日上午,2020“数创义乌 贸易未来”Chinagoods平台正式上线发布会在义乌国际博览中心举行,标志着义乌市场官方网站——“义乌小商品城www.chinagoods.com)全面开启数字化转型发展的新征程。

    据介绍,Chinagoods平台由小商品城开发运营,依托义乌市场7.5万家实体商铺资源,服务产业链上游200万家中小微企业。平台自今年4月上线测试以来,已推出PC版、APP版、WAP版等多个版本,入驻商户主体5万多户,注册采购商50余万人。

今年3月,李克强总理视频连线义乌中国小商品城,了解了国内外订单情况,他希望义乌在满足国内市场需求、保持国际市场份额方面打头阵。义乌市场将通过国内外上百万专业采购商覆盖全球219个国家和地区,依托国内二级批发市场以及各个海外站点,在Chinagoods平台上导入大量的贸易资源,让义乌市场更具竞争力和发展活力。(吴峰宇)
