October 21^st marked the 1000th successful China Railway Express (CRE) trip. The train was loaded with 84 TEUs of daily necessities, textiles, toys, and more. It departed from Yiwu West Railway Station and will arrive after 15 days in Minsk, Belarus, by passing through Manzhouli Port in Inner Mongolia. As of October 21, the CRE starting from Yiwu has carried out 348 round trips and shipped a total of 83,000 TEUs, with a year-over-year increase of 203%. The shipping volume accounts for about 10% of the total nationwide. It is estimated that the CRE will run around 1,200 times this year.

Since the CRE’s first run of the year on February 10, the CRE has shown strong growth momentum. According to statistics, from January to August this year, there were 522 trains of CRE, shipping 43,124 TEUs in total, a year-over-year increase of 188.7%. Since June, the loading capacity of CRE has set new records: 329 TEUs carried at once, 6 trains running in a single day, and 100 runs in a single month.     “义新欧”今年破千的背后是大国担当

    10月21日下午，今年第1000列“义新欧”中欧班列成功开行，列车满载84标箱日用百货、纺织布匹、玩具等货物，从铁路义乌西站鸣笛启程，经由内蒙古满洲里口岸出境，将于15天后到达白俄罗斯首都明斯克。今年截至10月21日，全省“义新欧”中欧班列共开行1000列，共发运8.3万个标箱，同比增长203%，发运量约占全国总量10%，预计全年将开行1200列左右。

    自2月10日开行全国首趟节后复工复产中欧班列以来，义乌中欧班列开行先后在全国创下多个第一，班列开行呈现逆势强劲增长的势头。据统计，今年前8月，义乌中欧班列共开行522列，发运43124标准箱，同比增长188.7%。特别是6月份以来，班列开行组织实现了单日最高进箱量329车、单日最高发运量6列、单月发运量突破100列的历史最好
