On November 1, on the ancient street of Luobu Town in Jinhua Development Zone, Chen Meiqiu, the person in charge of the century-old noodle shop Hu Yuanmao Line Noodle, was pulling the newly made line noodles.

The Hu Yuanmao Line Noodle has a history of 160 years and its noodles are thin and long like threads. Currently, the technique of making Luobu line noodles is in consideration for the eighth batch of Jinhua’s Intangible Cultural Heritage.    11月1日，金华开发区罗埠镇古街上，百年老店胡元茂索面的负责人陈美球正在拉长新制的土索面。罗埠胡元茂索面制作工艺已有160年历史，面条像线一样细细长长，目前在申报金华市第八批非物质文化遗产。(记者 胡肖飞 文/摄)
