On November 4, an expert group from the National Archives Administration conducted an on-site test of the Jinhua Archives. According to the construction standards of national demonstration digital archives, the expert group evaluated the Jinhua Archives from the aspects of the infrastructure, system functions, archive resources, security system, and service performance,. The Jinhua Archives passed the assessment with high scores.

The expert group affirmed the innovative construction of Jinhua’s demonstration digital archives. According to the assessment, the Jinhua Archives have integrated infrastructure with standardized construction, and have an outstanding overall level. The Archives have established a complete digital archive resource system and realized the digitization, standardized management, and convenient use of the archive resources.

    市档案馆成全国示范数字档案馆

    日前，国家档案局专家组一行对我市创建“全国示范数字档案馆”进行了现场测试。专家组严格按照国家示范数字档案馆建设标准，从基础设施、系统功能、档案资源、保障体系、服务绩效等方面进行评测，金华市档案馆以高分通过国家级示范数字档案馆测评。

专家组高度肯定了我市示范数字档案馆的创新建设成果，认为金华市数字档案馆系统基础设施完备、系统建设规范、整体水平先进，建立了较为完备的数字档案资源体系，实现了档案资源数字化、管理规范化、利用便捷化。

    市档案馆将充分发挥数字档案馆功能，实现档案管理模式、档案服务方式向智能型、精细化转变。
