最近，婺城迎来一件喜事。

上月8日，金华婺城白沙溪三十六堰入选世界灌溉工程遗产。它是全国第23个、浙江省第6个、金华市首个世界灌溉工程遗产。 

The 36 Weirs of Baishaxi Stream, a conservation project of an ancient water system, was shortlisted for the World Heritage Irrigation Structures on Dec 8, 2020. It is the 23rd such project to do so in China, the sixth in East China’s Zhejiang province and the first world irrigation project heritage in Jinhua.

一把安居钥匙开启幸福生活

 A key to living a happy life

2020年7月14日，在婺城区高铁新城（一期）旧城改造国有土地房屋征收集中签约仪式上，被征收户赵爱球拿到了梦寐以求的新房钥匙，而就在此前一个月，赵爱球一家四口还蜗居在肉联厂宿舍不到60㎡的房子里。这一把把钥匙，不仅开启了房门，也开启了她对未来美好生活的向往。

On July 14, 2020, at the signing ceremony for the acquisition of State-owned land and houses in the old town – for the construction of the High-speed Railway New Town (Phase I) – in Wucheng district in Jinhua, Zhao Aiqiu got the door key to his new dream house. Just a month earlier, Zhao's family of four lived in a dwelling of less than 60 square meters, which was part of an old factory. The key not only opened the door of his new house, but also opened her a better life in the future.

赵爱球的新房钥匙，是近年来婺城提速发展的一个生动例证和具体体现。自6月24日征收签约工作启动以来，短短1个月时间，13个征迁小组80多名干部挂图作战、攻坚克难，六大征迁区块，1075户个人住宅房屋，12天100%完成评估，20天100%完成签约。征收工作一次次刷新“婺城速度”。

Smart town designing the future

2019年5月9日，婺城区第一个以特色小镇为形式的产业集聚平台——飞扬智能制造小镇正式开工建设。2020年5月9日，飞扬小镇万里扬乘用车变速箱“智”造车间，年产300万台套液力变矩器项目已机声隆隆。

On May 9, 2019, Feiyang Smart Manufacturing Town, the first industrial agglomeration platform in Jinhua's Wucheng district, was officially launched. On the same day one year later, a smart gearbox factory was in full operation in the smart town, pushing hard to achieve annual output of 3 million sets of hydraulic torque converters.

短短一年时间，飞扬小镇从动议到签约，从开工到投产，刷新多项纪录，已成为婺城征地最多、报批最多、供地最多、项目签约最多、落地建设最多的产业集聚发展平台。

不久前，在婺城区社会矛盾纠纷调处化解中心城区分中心，在民情民访代办员“宋大姐”团队的调解下，市民吴先生与邻居之间因为违建和预防高空抛物造成的不快得以化解。一桩重要心事落地，邻里间也重新绽放笑脸。

In a mediation center at Wucheng district, not long ago, a disagreement between a local resident surnamed Wu and his neighbors – relating to illegal construction, among other things – was successfully resolved.

近年来，婺城区在全市率先推行民情民访代办，以“微笑办、暖心办、我来办、马上办”的服务要求，严格落实首接首办责任，建立“1371”信访事项快速办理制度。
