Fine Craftsmanship in Making Jinhua Ham

On January 12, employees of Jinnian Ham Co., Ltd. in the Jinyi New District were busy with hanging ham up to dry. The Jinhua ham made by traditional craftsmanship was cured after the Beginning of Winter. The ham has to undergo more than 40 traditional processes such as trimming, curing, cleaning, and drying so that it will look better and become more delicious.
