On September 29, the promotion meeting of the 27th China Yiwu International Commodities (Standards) Fair was held in Guangzhou Yuexiu International Congress Center, with the attendance of more than 30 resident foreign businessmen, including some from the United States, Columbia, France, and Spain, as well as representatives from relevant chambers of commerce, associations, and companies in Guangzhou.

The 27th Yiwu Fair, including 3,600 international standard booths, will be held on October 21 to 25 at Yiwu International Expo Center in Yiwu, Zhejiang. In order to facilitate trade docking for overseas buyers and promote transactions, several online activities will be held, during which overseas buyers can learn information about products more directly.

The emphasis of the 27th Yiwu Fair will be on domestic chain supermarkets (convenience stores), specialized wholesale markets, and online vendors, and the representatives of Fortune 500 companies or sourcing companies holding the famous global supermarkets will be invited to attend the Fair. In the same period, two docking fairs for domestic trade will be held to help exhibiting companies transform foreign trade to domestic sales.

Additionally, the Fair will invite overseas internet celebrities to publicize the occasion via livestream. Those celebrities chosen according to industry characteristics will livestream on their official website or social platform, aiming to portray the image of a specialized trade fair in Yiwu and enhance the Fair’s overseas popularity and brand awareness via the impact of the popular marketing pattern of internet celebrities.
