On October 9, the state council approved Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and People’s Government of Zhejiang as the major organizers to hold the 2021 China-Africa Economic and Trade Forum at Jinhua from November 7 to November 9.

The forum has taken “Fighting Against the Pandemic & Mutual Benefit for Win-Win Progress and Development” as its theme and will be held both online and offline.

There will be eight cooperation forums, five cultural exchanges, four exhibitions and one economic & trade negotiation forum, effectively promoting economic, trade, and cultural exchanges between Zhejiang and Africa. (By Luo Yi, translated by Huang Dan, edited by Mariam Ayad)
