On October 10, the closing ceremony of the first session of Yiwu Belt and Road Mobile Photo Contest was held at Yiwu China Imported Commodities Mall.

The competition has four categories: photography for teenagers, short videos for teenagers, photography for adults, and short videos for adults. Since its launch at the end of June, the contest commission has received a total number of nearly 400 pictures and videos from more than 10 countries and regions, including the United States, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Canada, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Macao. The contest has reached 300,000 page views online.

Yiwu is an important station in the Belt and Road Initiative. During the competition, netizens at home and abroad are using their mobile phones to shoot short videos and pictures interpreting how the Belt and Road Initiative is bringing new opportunities, new stories, and new dreams to the countries, cities, companies, and people across the Belt and Road.
