On April 7, the first session of the Internet Celebrity Economic Industry Expo kicked off at the Jinhua Sports Center.

“Wucheng District has taken digital economy as its ‘No. 1 industry’; therefore, we are making every effort to turn it into the new engine for high-quality development,” said Chen Ruping, deputy director of the Management Committee of the Zhejiang Information Industry Park, and one of the organizers of this expo. “In 2020, the entire district reached 14 billion RMB in online retail sales, and the cross-border online retail sales exceeded 1.3 billion RMB.”

2020 witnessed the prosperity of the livestreaming e-commerce industry in China. The topic of how to find the right Internet celebrity or livestreamer to make products become a hit is a new subject of inquiry for companies when exploring online markets.

As a platform that has been digging in the field of internet celebrities since 1997, Xiaohulu.com has nearly 66 million livestreamers on the 12 most popular short video platforms in China with.

“We’ve been in Wucheng District for three months. So far we have provided services for local companies more than 200 times. “In the past few years, we have developed many new agricultural products. Usually our products are sold through offline channels. The marketing is traditional, and the market shares remain unchanged for years. This time we want to try a new cooperation with Internet celebrities,” said an official from the Institute of Agricultural Sciences of Jinhua. “Especially for new products, we need to emphasize their benefits and features to consumers intuitively and accurately.
