The State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) recently issued the Work Plan for Carrying out the Pilot Standardization Project among Market Supervision Administrations. The Yiwu Market Supervision Administration became one of the 36 pilot market supervision administrations for standardization development in China.

The Yiwu Market Supervision Administration has set the goals of perfecting the supervision mechanism, enhancing the supervision foundation, and improving the supervision ability. It has continuously developed the standardization of grassroots administrations, and made them uncorrupted, pragmatic, and efficient.

The Administration will take the pilot project and digital reform as an opportunity to promote its operation efficiency, standardize its business process, upgrade its facilities and equipment, and improve its reputation of supervision and law enforcement. It strives to build itself as a model administration by the end of 2021, so as to provide Yiwu’s experience for the SAMR to comprehensively carry out the standardization of market supervision administrations in China.
