Last week, nearly hundreds of civilian volunteers gathered nearby Bailongqiao, Wucheng District, and put several thousands of silver carp into the Baisha River The initiative was launched by online public welfare live-streaming, themed posters and an H5 to netizens nationally. The marketing for the initiative was aimed at encouraging people to participate in the public welfare carp release and educating them on protecting natural sources of water.
