曾采访过两位中国大使

Liwata has interviewed ambassadors of various countries, including France, Germany, Turkey, and Brazil, as well as two Chinese ambassadors. One of them was the incumbent United Nations Secretary-General's Special Envoy for the Great Lakes Region of Africa, Xia Huang, while the other was the Chinese ambassador to the Republic of Congo, Ma Fulin. 

利瓦特曾经采访过来自法国、德国、土耳其、巴西等国家的大使，也采访过我国的两位大使，其中一位是现任联合国秘书长大湖地区问题特使夏煌，还有一位是至今仍在刚果共和国工作的中国大使马福林。

It was in 2016 that Liwata flew to China for the first time to participate in a seminar for African journalists. He visited both Beijing and Qingdao and was left with a positive impression of China, "Everything was very beautiful, and the buildings all around were massive."

2016年，因为要到北京参加非洲记者研讨会，利瓦特第一次来到中国。除了北京，他还在青岛待了一段时间。这段时间，让利瓦特对中国产生了奇特的印象：“所有的东西都很美，建筑也很高大。”

Liwata believes that in order to do diplomatic journalism and be able to communicate well, one should be familiar with the cultures of other countries in addition to promoting his own. In 2018, he had the opportunity to study at Zhejiang Normal University, where he entered the Institute of African Studies to specialize in international politics.

利瓦特认为，做外交方面的媒体工作，除了要介绍自己的国家，还需要对各国的文化有所了解，这样才能更好地沟通。2018年，他得到赴浙江师范大学留学的机会，进入该校非洲研究院国际政治专业学习。

Liwata was impressed by Jinhua, where the air is clean, roads are wide, and there are even flowers along the roads. "The biggest difference from a big city is that there's no subway." But a light rail line is currently under construction, and Liwata said he was very much looking forward to it.

到金华以后，利瓦特最深的印象是城市空气很好，路也很宽，道路旁的花点缀得这个城市更加漂亮。“与大城市最大的区别，就是没有地铁。”不过，这几年地铁已经在建，利瓦特很是期待。

Liwata is a diligent student who, apart from regular classes, also seeks out extra subjects and content to study. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring Jinhua. 

利瓦特是好学生，踩点上课，在学习之外还会给自己加课。闲暇时，他喜欢去附近转转，加深对金华的了解。

Despite the huge variety of food at ZJNU cafeterias, Liwata usually cooks for himself. He claims that buying groceries in Jinhua is very convenient, as he can find all the ingredients he needs at supermarkets and convenience stores.

浙师大食堂里美食很多，但利瓦特习惯自己做饭。在金华的购物体验让他觉得很棒，在超市和便利店里都能买到他所需的食材。

将金华求学经历写成故事

Many of the photos on Liwata's phone were taken during interviews with diplomats from various countries, while others are recent photos taken in Jinhua. Most of these photos show Liwata with other people: construction workers, farmers, and old ladies in his community. He said that he cherishes these photos and is happy to tell their stories.

在利瓦特的手机相册里，保存着很多之前采访各国外交官的照片，还有很多在金华拍的照片。这些照片大多是两人合照，其中有跟建筑工人的，有跟种菜老伯的，还有一些跟社区大妈的。利瓦特对这些照片很珍视，也很愿意跟记者讲述其中的故事。

These are ordinary people, but Liwata thinks that if one wants to truly become immersed in China and Jinhua, he or she cannot just look at the tall buildings, but must also talk to the local people deeply rooted in Chinese soil. "Their lives reflect a more realistic side of Jinhua," and in getting to know them, Liwata said he was able to see the true beauty of Jinhua. He also plans to put this beauty into the written words.

虽然，这些都是最普通的人，但利瓦特觉得，要真正走进中国、走进金华，就不能光看表面上的高楼大厦，还要跟这些更接地气的农民老伯、建筑工人、社区大妈接触。“他们的生活，反映了金华更为真实的一面。”利瓦特说，在跟他们接触的过程中，他更加体会到金华的美，一种真实的美，而这些美，他也会以文字的方式记录下来。

A year ago, Liwata started writing a book, From Media to Diplomacy, which he has now completed and is currently being revised. "It's 200 pages, very thick," he said. Next, Liwata plans to write a book about his studies and life experience in Jinhua. He wants to accomplish this before leaving the city.

一年前，利瓦特开始写一本名为《从媒体到外交》的书，现在已经写完进入修改阶段。“整整200多页，很厚。”接下来，利瓦特还要把自己在金华的求学和生活经历写成一本书，这也是他离开金华前想要做的。
