The Yiwu Rural Commercial Bank (YRCB) successfully issued the first “Fengshou IC International Businessmen Card,” with the cooperation of the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of the Yiwu Public Security Bureau and Yiwu Social Security Citizen Card Service Co., Ltd. “With this multi-functional card, it will be more convenient for us to do business in Yiwu,” said Asaran, an international businessman.

In order to thoroughly implement the “Regulations of Yiwu Comprehensive Trade Reform Pilot Zone” and further improve services for international businessmen in Yiwu, the YRCB made full use of its regional and relational advantages to reach a strategic agreement with the Yiwu Public Security Bureau to jointly issue the “Fengshou IC International Businessmen Card.” This card offers services including savings settlement, shopping consumption, electronic banking, investment and wealth management, and third party payment. It also helps the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau with foreign business management. The card not only serves as an identity certificate for international businessmen in Yiwu, but also has a wide range of functions such as financial services, credit systems, social security, and foreign business service platforms, providing convenient services for international visitors.

In the next step, the YRCB will strengthen the promotion of the “Fengshou IC International Businessmen Card” and increase the number of cards it will issue, with the aim to meet international businessmen's payment needs for daily consumption and market purchases and provide more convenient financial services for them, thus helping create a better business environment.
