On May 28, Xiaoshan Xingyuan Early Education Center held a celebration. Zhao Lixia, head of Meilan Lake Kindergarten of the China Welfare Association, and several professors from Hangzhou Preschool Teachers College and Zhejiang Normal University (ZNU) attended the activity, including Qin Jinliang, head of the International Childhood Education Institute; Distinguished Professor Hu Jiangbo; and Associate Professor Dong Wenming.

Professor Qin narrated the history of ZNU and Xingyuan Early Education Center at the celebration, affirmed Xingyuan’s experiences accumulated in the field of early childhood education over the past 20 years, and explained the research cooperation between the two parties. He said that Xingyuan’s early education theory is based on the whole process of children’s growth. Later, on behalf of the International Childhood Education Institute of Hangzhou Preschool Teachers College, he presented a plaque wit inscribed “So Deep the Love Is, So Brilliant the Children Are” (切切之爱，灼灼其华) to Xingyuan Early Education Center.

During the celebration, the teachers and students also gave performances. Finally, Xingyuan Early Education Center held the opening ceremony of the “Hello, Lighthouse” Picture Book Library.
