The program Exploration Discovery on CCTV 10 visited Pujiang for the historic bamboo-infused Jinhua Ham, in Jinhua Jinmao Ham Co., Ltd. The bamboo leaves add fragrance to the ham and make it a famous traditional dish in Pujiang for its aroma and unique features.
