As a free trade zone and a provincial-level new district, Jinyi New District plans to pay close attention to the expansion of effective investments. This means Jinyi New District will promote economic development and also will continue its role as a new impetus for Jinhua’s high-quality development. Jinyi New District will implement the expansion of effective investment in projects, always keep the idea of “projects and fast implementations are the key,” and advance the project management, investment, and development, so as to realize the development of the district.

Specifically, Jinyi New District will strive to develop more projects in 2022 and increase investments. The goal is for the scale of each project to be larger than the one prior and for more investment to go to state-funded projects. First, the district will increase its investment in fixed assets by more than 15%. Second, Jinyi New District will promote the reconstruction of existing platforms and strive to build two industrial parks, each occupying an area of over 6.67 square kilometers. Third, Jinyi New District will develop 140 key projects with a total investment of 137 billion RMB and an annual investment of 25.2 billion RMB.
