“Plan for the Promotion of Local New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) in Jinhua Economic & Technological Development Zone (JETDZ)” was officially passed. In order to support the development of local new energy vehicle enterprises and accelerate the increase of the market share of locally-produced new energy vehicles in Jinhua, JETDZ plans to carry out subsidies for the promotion of new energy vehicles in 2021, focusing on issuing consumption subsidies for locally-produced new energy vehicles.

JETDZ will continue to take favorable measures to promote them. The first is to investigate the current situation of the promotion of new energy vehicles and fully discover the market expectations and the market space; the second is to implement precise policies concerning industrial development, market demands and funds, speed up the construction of infrastructure such as charging piles, maintain the continuity and stability of the policies, and strengthen the publication of the policies; the third is to vigorously develop new energy vehicles, electric motor-controller-battery systems and key parts and components industries, and increase the cultivation and upgrading of leading enterprises, aiming to create a high-end equipment manufacturing industry cluster in Jinhua.
