The State Intellectual Property Office released the first batch of key guidance list for the promotion of the use of geographical indications. Jinhua ham is on the list and has become one of the six geographical indications selected in the province. In recent years, the city of Jinhua has continuously deepened the promotion of the Jinhua ham brand protection, strengthened the construction of the whole chain protection pattern, and achieved remarkable results.

With a national geographical indication trademark and an advantageous regional characteristic industry, Jinhua will focus on making good use of geographical indications, improving brand value, developing characteristic industries, and benefiting local people, as well as leading the great development of the industry with Jinhua ham geographical indications.
