“The downstream of the domestic photovoltaic industry chain has been constantly facing technology problems and challenges.” A few days ago, at the 9th Global Conference on Polymer and Composite Materials (PCM 2022), Wang Dong, deputy director of Provincial Technology Innovation Service Center, said that Pujiang is one of the few counties where the relevant elements of environmental protection are complete and an increasing number of photovoltaic  (PV) companies are settling.

According to the report of the 20th CPC National Congress, it is promoting the green and low-carbon development of economic and social development that is the key to achieving high-quality development. As a green and low-carbon energy source, PV power generation is becoming a new significant economic growth point under the circumstances of the carbon peak and carbon neutrality targets. It pushes the construction of a PV new material industrial base with motivation and confidence.

During the PCM 2022 Conference, the Pujiang Government signed strategic cooperation agreements with Shanghai Solar Energy Society, China PV Leader Innovation Forum, Provincial Technology Innovation Service Center, and Provincial Photovoltaic Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance. The alliance promised to construct the photovoltaic new material industrial park in cooperation with the Pujiang Government and attract a number of high-quality companies to settle there.
