If you plan to come or return to Jinhua, please make report through "Jinhua COVID-19 prevention code" in advance (2 days), or make direct contact with community (village) or working place at the destination, you could also entrust your relatives to have it completed. Please provide true information and promise to implement health management measures, and show 48h PCR negative report certification while arriving in Jinhua.

Carry out closed-loop transport management

Jinhua has set up special channels, observation areas or service points at bus stations, airports, high-speed railway stations and other transportation stations, highways, intercity national and provincial highway checkpoints, and specially arranged staff to be responsible for the closed-loop management which is oriented towards the people who come or return to Jinhua. If you can't contact the staff, please have personal protection, stay in place and contact with local community (village) immediately, please do not go to the destination by yourself.

Implement health management measures

Persons who have just returned to Jinhua from Shanghai should implement the "7+7 health management measures," that is, 7 days of centralized medical observation in quarantine and a final 7 days of quarantine at home. Please stick to the quarantine regulations strictly during that period.

Be aware of fulfilling legal obligations

When arriving in Jinhua, please wear mask along the way. It is suggested to cooperate with local communities and take relevant prevention and control measures, such as epidemiological investigation, PCR testing and quarantine. In case of providing false self-report and health condition, or abnormally avoiding inspection, the one will be investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with the law and regulations.

Download Alipay and make real-name registration. Open homepage, search "Jinhua COVID-19 prevention code."

Get in the app, click and close "mobile phone verification card" button, click "Arrival and Departure Application" part of the "Related service" column.

一、主动做好来金返金报备

对有来金返金行程安排的，请提前2天通过“金华防疫码”进行申报，也可通过电话、委托亲朋好友等方式向目的地所在社区（村）、机关企事业单位报备，如实说明相关情况，承诺配合做好各项防控工作，抵金时需出示48小时核酸检测阴性证明。

二、严格执行点对点闭环管理

我市在汽车站、机场、高铁站等交通站点和高速公路、市际国省道卡口等设立专用通道、留观区或暖心服务点，专门安排工作人员负责来金返金人员闭环管控工作。若抵金时未对接上工作人员，请第一时间与报备单位或社区（村）联系，并做好个人防护在原地等待对接，切勿自行返回目的地。

三、配合落实健康管理措施

所有上海市来金返金人员，抵金后按属地防控要求落实“7+7”（7天集中隔离医学观察+7天居家健康观察）健康管理措施。居家健康观察期间请严格遵守相关硬隔离管控规定。

四、自觉履行疫情防控法定义务

来金返金途中应全程规范佩戴口罩。在金期间，请您服从、配合、协助属地疫情防控安排，自觉接受流行病学调查、核酸检测、隔离等防控措施。对瞒报、谎报个人行程和健康状况，或以非正常手段逃避检查进入我市的，将依法依规追究法律责任。

“金华防疫码”报备流程

1. 首先下载安装“支付宝”App并进行实名注册后，打开首页搜索“金华防疫码”。

2. 点开“金华防疫码”小程序，点击关闭“行程卡手机验证”后往下拉，在“相关服务”栏中点击“来金返金申报”。

3. 在“来金返金申报”页面如实填写相关申报信息。
