According to the statistics of the regional GDP in the first quarter of 2022 released on April 25, Jinhua's GDP reached 128.847 billion RMB, a year-on-year increase of 6.3%, and its growth rate ranked second in Zhejiang Province.

Jinhua's government has been focusing on material progress and ideological progress since the beginning of 2022, scientifically making overall plans on epidemic prevention and control and socio-economic development. Statistics showed that Jinhua's economy developed at a smooth pace in the first quarter, with some indicators ranking top in Zhejiang, which was a good start to 2022. Local industries, the service industry, and fixed-asset investments maintained constant growth. Moreover, the pace of foreign trade was stable, and more and more market entities also emerged.

In the first quarter, the added value of Jinhua's industries was 31.51 bn RMB, a year-on-year increase of 15.2%. This growth rate was 5.3% higher than average for Zhejiang and ranked second in Zhejiang. In terms of different industries, the manufacturing of electrical machinery and equipment obtained an added value of 6.07 bn RMB, an increase of 62%. Manufacturing of computers, communications, and other electronic equipment achieved an added value of 2.23 bn RMB, an increase of 27.7%, while the motor industry achieved an added value of 1.65 bn RMB, an increase of 36.7%. The total profit of Jinhua's industries was 4.727 bn RMB, a year-on-year increase of 33.4% and ranking first in Zhejiang.

The Jinhua government has focused on expanding effective investment work since November last year, taking it as an essential leading factor to promote high-quality development and launching innovative development projects. In the first quarter, Jinhua's fixed-asset investment increased by 17.5%, 3.1% higher than the average growth rate for Jinhua and ranking top in Zhejiang. Among these, the increase of many projects invested in was over 20%, including eco-environment protection, urban renewal, water conservancy facilities, private projects, and the manufacturing industry.

Additionally, Jinhua's foreign trade also achieved great success. In the first quarter, total import and export volume reached 153.5 bn RMB, a year-on-year increase of 43.5%, and the growth rate was 19.1% higher than average for Zhejiang. The total exports accounted for 135.4 bn RMB, a year-on-year increase of 38.2%, and total imports were 18.1 bn RMB, a year-on-year increase of 101.1%. From January 1 to March 31 this year, 534 Yiwu-Xinjiang-Europe Railway Express trains had launched and shipped a total of 44,468 TEUs, a year-on-year increase of 3.7%.

By the end of March, 1.468 million market entities registered in Jinhua, a year-on-year increase of 11.8%. In addition, 459,000 million companies and 1.003 million individual households were registered in Jinhua, both showing a year-on-year increase of 12.2%. Furthermore, 52 newly-opened companies were declared, ranking fifth in Zhejiang.

Jinhua has made steady progress in promoting common prosperity since the beginning of this year. In the first quarter, the per capita disposable income of all residents was 18,502 RMB, a year-on-year increase of 6.5%. The per capita disposable income of urban residents was 22,434, a year-on-year increase of 6.0%, with the growth rate ranking fourth in Zhejiang, and the per capita disposable income of rural residents was 10,980, a year-on-year increase of 8.1%, the growth rate ranking third in Zhejiang.

4月25日，我市一季度经济运行“成绩单”出炉，根据地区生产总值统一核算，全市生产总值（GDP）1288.47亿元，按可比价格计算，同比增长6.3%，增速居全省第二位。

今年以来，我市以攻坚克难的奋进状态坚持两手抓、两手硬，科学统筹疫情防控和经济社会发展。数据显示，一季度我市经济运行平稳，部分指标走在全省前列，工业较快增长、服务业保持增长、固定资产投资增势良好、对外开放步伐稳健、市场主体激发涌现等，实现“开门稳”“开门红”。

一季度，我市规上工业增加值 315.1亿元，同比增长15.2%，增速高于全省平均5.3个百分点，居全省第二位。分行业看，电气机械和器材制造业实现增加值60.7亿元，增长62.0%；计算机、通信和其他电子设备制造业实现增加值22.3亿元，增长27.7%；汽车制造业实现增加值16.5亿元，增长36.7%。全市规上工业实现利润总额47.27亿元，同比增长33.4%，居全省首位。

去年11月以来，市委市政府高度重视扩大有效投资工作，将其作为推动高质量发展的重要抓手，在抓项目、谋项目、上项目方面打出一套组合拳。一季度，全市固定资产投资增长17.5%，高于全省平均增速3.1个百分点，居全省首位。其中，生态环保、城市更新和水利设施投资，以及民间项目投资、制造业投资增长均达20%以上。

在双循环方面，我市继续维持畅通。一季度，全市累计完成进出口总额1535亿元，同比增长43.5%，增速高于全省平均19.1个百分点。其中，出口总额1354亿元，同比增长38.2%；进口总额181亿元，同比增长101.1%。2022年1月1日—3月31日，“义新欧”班列共开行534列，共发运44468标箱，同比增长3.7%。

截至3月底，全市在册市场主体146.8万户，同比增长11.8%。其中企业45.9万户，增长11.5%；个体户100.3万户，增长12.2%。全市申报规上新开业企业52家，居全省第五位。

今年以来，我市推进共同富裕工作步伐稳健。一季度，金华市全体居民人均可支配收入18502元，同比增长6.5%。其中城镇居民人均可支配收入22434元，同比增长6.0%，增速居全省第四位；农村常住居民人均可支配收入10980元，同比增长8.1%，增速居全省第三位。

值得注意的是，当前国际环境更加严峻复杂，国内面临三重压力，新一轮疫情反复，不确定因素增多，我市受到基数持续走高、突发疫情等叠加影响，经济下行压力将进一步加大，实现质的提升任务依然艰巨。下阶段，在做好常态化疫情防控的基础上，全市上下仍需坚持“稳中求进、以进求变”工作基调，积极应对风险挑战，扎实做好“六稳”“六保”工作，全力巩固经济发展基础，保障经济行稳致远。
