On the morning of August 18, Jinhua mountain tourism distribution center announced some good news: 12 projects with a total investment of 10.49 billion RMB will be settled down in Luodian. Among them, the World Horticultural Expo Park project plans to invest 10 billion RMB to build the most high-end and characteristic large-scale horticultural landscape park in China.

The major projects signed this time include many areas: tourism projects, film and television culture, agricultural tourism projects, and many others. Relying on the unique geological features and superior location of Jiulong abandoned mines, the whole village is planned to be developed as a mine site Cultural Village project. 8月18日上午，金华山旅游集散中心传来一个好消息！总投资达104.9亿元的12个项目将落户罗店。其中，世界园艺博览园项目计划投资100亿元，打造全国最高端、最有特色的大型园艺景观园。

世界园艺博览园项目将以罗店花卉苗木产业发展为基础，根据地形地貌建设错落有致的大型园艺景观园区。此外，还将引进金华园林产业园、智者草堂、四季茶花谷等项目来丰富金华山的旅游业态。

此次签约的重大项目包括旅游项目、影视文化、农旅项目等类型。市民们关心的网红打卡点“小冰岛”也有了消息。依托九龙废弃矿山独特的地质风貌和优越的地理位置，规划进行整村开发，着力打造九龙矿山遗址文化村项目。不久后，九龙村将成为金华山“三美两强”宜居宜业宜游的旅游特色村。
