Affected by the pandemic, it costs much more for domestic enterprises to go abroad to participate in exhibitions. In order to solve the difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises going abroad to participate in exhibitions, Jinhua city is encouraging foreign trade enterprises to expand their market by grabbing orders with the help of a new mode: exhibition representative service.

A few days ago, the 2022 Indian Home Decoration, Gifts and Household Goods Exhibition, and Jinhua Brand Silk Road Tour, which was jointly sponsored by the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the Municipal Council for the Promotion of International Trade, was held at the India Expo Center in New Delhi. A total of 15 enterprises from Jinhua participated in the exhibition through the service. The products on display included pet toys, fitness equipment, baby toys, packaging, and household cleaning products, among others.

Exhibition representative service refers to a new two-line integration mode. When the enterprise personnel cannot reach the exhibition site, the exhibits leave the country and entrust overseas branches, partners, overseas Chinese, etc., or entrust the exhibition company to organize the on-site staff to take charge of the on-site reception instead of the exhibitors, and the international buyers conduct online negotiations with the enterprise personnel through the communication tools at the booth site.

Exhibition representative service has built a new bridge to maintain old customers and tap new customers so that enterprises can find new consumer breakthroughs despite the effect of the pandemic.
