On the morning of September 8, the groundbreaking ceremony of the future factory of the Weibang Group was held in the Jinpan Development Zone. Deputy Mayor Li Binfeng announced the start of construction. Pan’an County leaders He Haoting, Lu Zhifeng, and Kong Huafeng attended the ceremony.

Weibang Group is the first industrial company in Pan’an County with a tax revenue exceeding 100 million RMB. It has ranked first among all the industrial companies in the county for three consecutive years. The first phase of the Weibang Future Factory project covers an area of 6.86 hectares and has a total investment of over one billion RMB. The project will use 5G technology, industrial Internet, big data, and other new generation information technologies to build three intelligent workshops and one headquarter building that integrates the four centers of R&D, operation, manufacturing, and marketing. After the project is completed and put into production, it will further improve the world’s most advanced intelligent industry chain of outdoor swimming pools to lead the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.

He Haoting, deputy secretary of the Pan’an County Party Committee and magistrate of the county government, extends cordial greetings to the start of the Weibang Group’s future factory project. He said that in recent years the Pan’an County Party Committee and the County Government have attached great importance to the development of companies, and they have successively formulated a series of policies and measures to simplify and optimize the approval process for the development of local companies. Therefore, a lot of companies “take root, blossom, and bear fruit” in Pan’an. As the main battlefield of Pan’an’s economic development, the Jinpan Development Zone focuses on the development of the local companies, carries forward the service spirit of Pan’an, and implements the business mode of “integrated agency service and on-the-spot appointment service.” It has cultivated some leading companies with greater industry influence such as “Chunguang Technology,” “Weibang Technology,” “Crown Group,” and “PFLUON PEEK Technology.”

He Haoting hopes that Weibang Group can seize the golden period of construction, speed up the pace of future factory construction, put it into operation as soon as possible, and strive to stand at the forefront of market competition. Departments at all levels in Pan’an County must benefit the local companies to provide high-quality and efficient services and create a better development environment. At the same time the municipal party committee, municipal government, and relevant departments need to support the economy of Pan’an and the innovative development of the Jinpan Development Zone.
