On the afternoon of September 13, Huang Shengke, deputy secretary of the Dongyang Municipal Party Committee and mayor of Dongyang, presided over a meeting on project investment. Guo Jinming, member of the Standing Committee of Dongyang Municipal Party Committee and executive vice mayor, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, leaders from the departments and subdistricts of Dongyang’s towns and counties delivered reports on the progress of key projects, including the project timeline and existing problems and difficulties. This year, Dongyang has introduced a total of 11 manufacturing projects, with an investment of more than 1 billion RMB for each project. So far, eight of them have been signed.

After listening to the reports, Huang commented that the project directors need to accelerate the schedule of the projects that have not yet been signed, promoting the signing and implementation of these projects as soon as possible. For the projects that have already started, the directors should keep a close eye on the construction and production of the projects, offer excellent service throughout the project, make sure resources such as land capital are ready, and speed up the progress of projects.

In addition, Huang mentioned that it is necessary for all officials to bring in more major industrial projects by information gathering and detailed investigation during the preliminary preparations; to analyze and report all the statistical data of the projects based on facts, without omissions. Officials from the departments and subdistricts of Dongyang’s towns and counties should strengthen their cooperation and promote the project construction together with close communication.
