On the morning of September 21, the launching ceremony for the vitamin D3 supply chain project of Huayuan Group (Jinhua) Biomedical Science and Technology Park was held in the Jinhua Development Zone (JDZ). Li Binfeng, deputy mayor of Jinhua, attended the ceremony and announced the launching of the project. Jiang Yunliang, president of Zhejiang Normal University (ZJNU); Wang Jianzhong, secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of the JDZ, and Shao Qinxiang, chairman and president of Huayuan Group, delivered speeches.

Zhu Huafeng, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of the JDZ, presided over the ceremony. Also in attendance at the ceremony were Zhong Yijun, member of the Party Committee and vice president of ZJNU; Zhu Hui, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of the JDZ, and Zhu Weifeng and Yi Yiliang, members of the Party Working Committee of the JDZ. Shao Xujun, chairman of Zhejiang Huayuan Biological High-Tech Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Huayuan Nutrition Technology Co., Ltd., which are subsidiaries of Huayuan Group, introduced the project details.

At the launching ceremony, ZJNU and Zhejiang Huayuan Biological High-tech Co., Ltd. also signed an agreement to jointly build a research institute for innovative medicines.
