January 7 is the first day of the Spring Festival period. Yiwu Airport transported 3,687 passengers, and the number of flights has returned to the same level in 2019. As the first Spring Festival after the comprehensive implementation of the epidemic prevention and control optimization measures, Yiwu Airport launched the full-process convenience comprehensive service platform Zheli Flight on the first day of the Spring Festival transport synchronously according to the unified deployment of Zhejiang Airport Group, providing passengers with a new flight experience. The Zheli Flight passenger service platform is the application of digital reform scenarios for passengers launched by Zhejiang Airport Group this year. It integrates seven major transportation airports in the province, builds a unified online service entrance and user system. The varied service information consultation and related offline services related to passenger travel, such as flights, baggage, security, etc., is gradually transferred from online to offline. A unified passenger service data resource pool takes shape to provide the whole process of place-to-place convenient intelligent services for passengers.
