On July 22, the Ningbo-Jinhua Section of the Ningbo-Jinhua Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project under the Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-speed Railway Node was under construction. Hundreds of workers from Yiwu’s Shuangjianghu Group and the construction party were working overtime on the construction of tunnel crown beams, lateral supports, and earthwork excavation.  So far, the construction of the surrounding tunnel retaining piles and lattice column foundation under the project has been completed, and the overall construction has been accelerated. 40% of the project volume has already been completed.

During the construction process, the Shuangjianghu Group overcame difficulties including tight construction schedules, heavy tasks, high risks, and difficult coordination. While doing a good job in routine safety production, it fully considered the impact of high temperature weather and implemented a three-shift work system for on-site workers. The schedule reasonably avoids high-temperature periods, organizes construction normally in the morning, evening, and night, and prepares heatstroke prevention and cooling measures such as awnings and fog cannon fans at the construction site.
