On July 27, at the Jindong Grain Purchase and Storage Company, the city-level early grain purchase started, about 10 days earlier than in previous years. According to the work deployment of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, early rice orders have achieved "full coverage" and all receivables have been collected. The city-level orders signed this year have increased by about 19% when compared with last year. The purchase price of early rice (third-class national standard) is 130 RMB for 50 kilograms, which is two RMB higher than last year and four RMB higher than the national minimum purchase price.

To do a good job in the purchase of early rice orders this year, the city-level grain purchase and storage enterprises deployed in advance, developed special grain collection vehicles, built their own miniature impurity removal center, and opened an appointment purchase channel. At the same time, combined with activities such as the signing of grain orders and the “five deliveries” policies benefiting farmers, these enterprises went to farmers’ home to promote policy and interpretation work in advance. Due to the recent high temperature in our city, grain storage and storage companies begin work early every day to ensure that everything’s ready.
