In order to promote the development and construction of Dongyang Solar's photovoltaic project, the Hengdian Group DMEGC, along with Dongyang Chanfa New Energy Technology, established a joint venture company – the Dongyang Chanfa Photovoltaic Technology Company. The company will actively participate in the investment and operation of PV power plants, continuously expand their service radius, continue to provide high-efficiency PV products and system solutions, and contribute more to the realization of the “double carbon” goals (carbon emissions peak and carbon neutrality).

The Dongyang Chanfa New Energy Technology Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Dongyang Industrial Development Group. It is an authorized developer of public rooftop PV projects which include office buildings, schools, hospitals, and libraries in the city.

Hengdian DMEGC is a local leading enterprise and a leading PV enterprise in China that focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of high-efficiency solar silicon wafers, batteries, modules.
