The village of Jinping Village of Taoxi Town, Wuyi County is a minority village inhabited by the She ethnic group. In order to accelerate the development of the She Township, the local government introduced photovoltaic power generation projects. They are revitalizing the mountain resources of Jinping Village and adopting a three-level linkage of “farmers+village+companies,” which combines power generation and planting. The first 110 kV ground PV station in Wuyi was built in the mountainous areas. More than 60,000 solar PV panels on the mountain slopes can transmit 62 million kilowatt hours of clean energy to the national grid every year.
