On the afternoon of August 17, the 2023 Jinhua Digital and AI Development Forum was held at the Heart of Jinhua Digital Economy Industrial Park. This forum was part of Jinhua’s efforts to promote high-quality development in the digital economy industry. The theme of the forum was “Integrating Digital Intelligence, Fostering Innovation, and Enhancing Quality.” The event brought together experts and entrepreneurs with practical experience and achievements in the fields of digitalization and AI from various places like Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Hangzhou. Additionally, about 150 local entrepreneurs, along with representatives from Jinhua’s relevant departments and the digital economy sector, gathered to share their insights and experiences. The goal was to exchange ideas about new approaches and strategies for this combined development.

Lu Lei, director of the Software and Production Services Department at Jinhua Economic and Information Technology Bureau; Zhu Weifeng, member of the Party Working Committee at Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone; Zhou Wei, senior expert from the DAMO Academy, along with other esteemed guests, attended the event.

During his speech, Lu Lei mentioned that in recent years, Jinhua has demonstrated its vitality and potential for innovation. The city has been enthusiastically responding to the national strategy and the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee’s call for a focus on digital economic innovation and enhancement through the “No. 1 Development Project.” Jinhua is dedicated to leading through innovation and improving quality, expediting its transition into the digital industry, and promoting industrial transformation.

During his speech, Zhu Weifeng highlighted that Jinhua Development Zone has always prioritized the digital economy and has actively fostered the software and information industry. In the first half of this year, the Development Zone achieved a software business revenue of 2.085 billion RMB, marking an 11% growth rate. This revenue accounted for 51.15% of the city’s total revenue.

At the event, Alibaba Cloud launched the “Boosting Businesses with Digital Intelligence in China · Jinhua” campaign. This program is designed to offer Jinhua’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) access to Alibaba Cloud’s intelligent ecosystem, resources, and various enterprise services. These services include digital assessments, help with cloud technology, building your brand, and other needed support. The goal is to assist Jinhua’s SMEs in innovating technologically, improving products, and adapting their business strategies.

During the forum sessions, Zhou Wei, a senior algorithm expert from the DAMO Academy, and Fan Bi, a professor from Shenzhen University’s School of Management, discussed the latest topics and practical applications in the AI field. Zhou’s focus was on significant models like Tongyi Qianwen, while Fan explored how AI promotes innovation across industries. During the project sharing session, the founders of three projects – Micromedia Digital People, Digital Forest Technology, and Lingyun Smart Service – illustrated various application scenarios and shared their experiences in the field of AIGC. Their engaging presentations left a profound impact on the audience.

On the same morning, a discussion forum about the development of the digital economy industry in Jinhua Development Zone took place. Zhu Weifeng, a distinguished guest at the main forum and a member of the Party Working Committee of the Economic and Technological Development Zone, along with representatives from the Economic Development Bureau, China Merchants Second Bureau, and Jinhua Jinkai Industrial Development Group, participated in the event. The forum centered on digitizing industries, fostering deep discussions, and sharing insights. The main aim was to better link resources between Jinhua and cities like Shenzhen and Hangzhou. This teamwork aimed to improve collaboration across various sectors, gather resources, and align policies. Altogether, these actions aim to greatly strengthen Jinhua’s digital industry.

8月17日下午，金开数字经济高质量发展论坛之“数智融合 创新提质”——2023金华数智AI发展论坛在金华之心数字经济产业园举行，来自深圳、香港、杭州等地的一批在数字化和AI产业有丰富实践经验和成果的专家、企业家，以及金华当地有关部门、数字经济领域的创业者近150人齐聚一堂，共同交流数字化和AI融合发展的新经验新模式。

金华市经信局软件和生产服务业处处长卢磊，金华经济技术开发区党工委委员朱卫锋，达摩院高级算法专家周伟（法一）等嘉宾出席。

卢磊在致辞中表示，近年来，作为一个充满活力和创新潜力的城市，金华市积极响应国家战略及浙江省委以更大力度实施数字经济创新提质“一号发展工程”的号召，坚持创新引领、提质发展，加快数字化转型步伐，积极引导和推动产业转型升级。

朱卫锋在致辞中表示，金华经济技术开发区始终坚持以数字经济为核心，大力发展软件信息产业。今年上半年，开发区软件业务收入实现20.85亿元，增速11%，占全市比重51.15%。

会上，阿里云正式启动“数智惠企 中国·金华”行动，将面向金华中小企业开放阿里云智能生态场景及资源、企业服务产品，为企业提供数字化诊断、云技术服务、品牌打造等相关服务，助推金华中小企业技术创新、产品升级和模式变革。

在论坛环节，达摩院高级算法专家周伟（法一）和深圳大学管理学院教授范璧分别从大模型（通义千问）和AI驱动产业创新的角度，分享了AI领域的前沿问题和产业实践。在项目分享环节，微媒数字人、数字森林科技、灵云智服等3个项目创始人生动地分享了AIGC领域的应用场景和经验，让现场观众受益匪浅。

当天上午，还举行了金开数字经济产业发展座谈会，主论坛嘉宾、经开区党工委委员朱卫锋以及经开区经济发展局、招商二局、金开产发集团有关负责人共同出席，聚焦产业数字化，深入交流、共享智慧，加强金华与深杭等地的资源链接和在产学研方面的合作，集中力量、集聚资源、集成政策，共同助力金华数字产业综合实力的跨越提升。
