On the afternoon of September 6, Chen Lingling, director of the Standing Committee of the Jinhua Municipal People’s Congress, led a delegation to investigate the East Stadium at Zhejiang Normal University (ZJNU). The delegation included Jin Shigang, deputy director of the Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee; Zhuang Lingfei, deputy mayor and deputy head of the Municipal Asian Games Work Leading Group; Zhou Lishui, secretary general of the Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee; Zheng Mengzhuang, secretary of the Party Committee of ZJNU and head of the working team for the operation of the East Stadium; as well as Lin Yigang, vice president of ZJNU and executive deputy director of the working team for the operation of the East Stadium during the Asian Games.

After learning about the event’s preparations and security organization, Chen Lingling emphasized that safety and order are crucial for hosting a successful event. Chen called for further improvements in the security command system and the deployment of security personnel both inside and outside the East Stadium, adhering to the Four-Color Control System and Three-Zone Division standards. Chen stressed the importance of thorough drills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring no oversights. It’s essential to consistently enhance emergency response capabilities and strictly adhere to the competition’s guiding principles: simplicity, safety, and excellence, ensuring a flawless event.
