Education Cooperation with Spain
Post Time: 05/09/2018

On August 23, the Málaga Institute of Technology (MIT School Málaga), Spain, and Junhua International School in Jinhua signed a strategic cooperation agreement, opening a new mode of international cooperation in running schools and establishing a broad platform for global cultural learning and exchanges. In the future, the two schools will conduct in-depth cooperation in language teaching, teacher-student exchanges, online courses, and football training, and cultivate talents with international vision.

Established in 2001, the MIT School Malaga is the only school in Malaga that is included in the Spanish Foreign Trade Administration’s plans, and the government supports and funds its globalization. Since its establishment, it has become the fastest-growing bilingual school in Malaga. In addition, it is the only school in Europe with the qualifications to provide a Chinese language test.

Javier Díaz Cabrera, principal of the MIT School Malaga, is a “Chinese fan.” In all the schools he has worked in, Chinese has been one of the most important foreign languages. He has come to China dozens of times and dreams of establishing 100 Spanish–Chinese bilingual schools in China, enabling more Chinese students to speak Spanish.

Li Wunan, principal of Junhua International School and Zhejiang distinguished teacher, remarked that the strategic cooperation with the MIT School Malaga will open a new window for Junhua’s teachers and students to explore the world.
