App Improves Safety in Jinhua
According to the Hangzhou-Jinhua-Quzhou Expressway Management Office of the Zhejiang Communications Group, an app for highway rescue is on trial and is expected to be put into full operation on September 25. It not only improves the quality of Jinhua's highway rescue services, but also pushes the intelligent operation of highways to a higher level. Efficient rescue can not only reduce road congestion and secondary accidents, but also protect passengers'safety and property.
The highway rescue app adopts the highway rescue management mode of “online dispatch and offline rescue.” After receiving rescue instructions, the system automatically identifies the information of the nearest rescue vehicle, and the only thing the monitoring person needs to do is click the mouse. After 3 seconds, the alarm of the app installed in the consoles of the rescue teams rings, and they receive all the information they need to make the rescue. According to the specific situation of the faulty vehicle, the rescue team can select the rescue vehicle and click “Accept Task” to initiate the highway rescue service. In case of emergencies such as the breakdown of the rescue vehicles, the rescue team can also transfer the task to others to improve the efficiency and timeliness of the rescue services.
The app also integrates functions such as communication, inspection, law enforcement records, and rescue reports to build an intelligent network for highway rescue management. The Hangzhou-Jinhua-Quzhou Expressway Management Office has now installed the app on all its rescue vehicles. (By Zhang Liming, translated by Wei Han, edited by Kendra Fiddler)
