Foreign-Funded Enterprises in Yiwu
Post Time: 13/09/2018

Yijia (China) Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., which was founded solely by Singaporeans, has received a business license in Yiwu. As a key project, Yiwu has opened an efficient channel for verifying a company’s name and then issuing it a business license.

With the continuous development of the commercial registration system, the foreign investment management system, and the One-Time Visit reform, foreign-funded enterprises can enter Yiwu much more easily and develop well with new vitality.

Since the beginning of 2018, 667 foreign-funded enterprises have been established in Yiwu, an increase of 29% over the previous year, accounting for 94% of the total newly established foreign-funded enterprises in China. At present, there are 2509 foreign-funded enterprises in Yiwu, an increase of 61% from 2017, which accounts for 67% of the number of foreign-funded enterprises in Jinhua and 7% in Zhejiang Province.

In recent years, Yiwu has continued to promote various reforms in the field of foreign investment registration, and companies’ registration has been facilitated. With the development of the One-Time Visit reform, Yiwu has greatly simplified the procedures of registering foreign-funded enterprises. In July of 2018, Yiwu fully implemented  “one service window and one form” for business records and registration for foreign-funded companies, which realized the integration of the registration and recording procedures and further simplified the entire process.
