Zero-Time Visit During Epidemic

Post Time: 2020-03-11

In order to effectively prevent and control the coronavirus epidemic and protect the health and safety of international experts and employees, the Jinhua Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology has taken online and offline measures to make sure that international talents can renew their work permits in China in an orderly way during this difficult time.

According to the formerly launched service of “Zero-Time Visit,” those who had already been allowed to submit applications online before the outbreak will continue to be allowed, and those who were not allowed before are able to submit online during the outbreak, without the need to hand in paper materials at the window in person. With this special allowance, all internationals in Yiwu have the ability to renew their work permits while staying at home.

In order to reduce face-to-face contact, the Bureau is also providing EMS delivery service for companies and organizations with international employees. (Translated by Jin Haiqiong, edited by Kendra Fiddler)
