Dongyang Paste Noodles

According to the Dongyang custom at early time, people were used to cooking noodles with the rest of dish and soup, then adding the sweet potato starch, to make it digestible, absorbed and nutritious. Nowadays, it becomes a unique Dongyang flavor after elaboration of chefs.

In Jinhua today, the Dongyang Paste Noodles often serve as the last staple food in a banquet.
