Xing Zhihong: Deputy secretary of CPC Jinhua Committee, Mayor of Jinhua

Duties and responsibilities: Xing Zhihong coordinates the comprehensive work of the Municipal People’s Government of Jinhua, is responsible for financial and auditing work, and is in charge of the Municipal Bureau of Finance and the Municipal Bureau of Auditing.

Profile:

Xing Zhihong was born in October 1969 in Xinzhou, Shanxi Province and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1993. He received a master’s of business administration and started his career in August 1991, and is also a senior statistician.

He has served as the director of the Comprehensive Division of the Service Industry Statistics Division and the Economic Statistics Division of New Industries at the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics, the director of the Investigation Team of Fengtai District of the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), deputy director and Party member of the Survey Team of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics Office, deputy director of the Office of the NBS, director-general of the Department of Social and Economic Survey on Urban Areas of the NBS, director and news spokesperson of the Comprehensive Statistics Department of the NBS, director of the Public Opinion Research Center and the Center for Monitoring China’s Economy of the NBS, and chief economist of the NBS.
