Duties and responsibilities:

Dong Xubin is in charge of the comprehensive work of the Jinhua Municipal Public Security Bureau. He is responsible for national security, ethnic and religious affairs, judiciary and legal institutions, and other related gubernatorial aspects.

He supervises the Judicial Bureau and Legal Affairs Offices. He is the contact for the Municipal Court, Municipal Procuratorate, Bureau for Letters and Calls, Municipal Security Bureau, and Jinhua Detachment of High-Speed Traffic Police.
