Duties and responsibilities:

Zhao Qiuli is responsible for tasks regarding Jinhua’s land and resources, housing, environmental protection, urban and rural construction, administration, and city planning. She is in charge of the Municipal Land and Resources Bureau, the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, the Municipal Bureau of Construction, the Municipal Bureau of Management and Law Enforcement, the Development and Construction Headquarters of the Duohu Central Business District, the Municipal Construction Company, and the Water Group.

She is also responsible for communication with the Water Management Office, the Mid-Zhejiang Ecological Corridor, the third provincial geology unit, and the second coal geology bureau unit.

Profile:

Zhao Qiuli was born in August of 1974 in Zibo, Shandong Province, and joined the Communist Party of China in June of 1996. She started her career in August of 1997 and worked toward her master’s degree at the same time. She served successively as deputy director of the Town Construction Division of the Zhejiang Provincial Construction Department, deputy director of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, deputy director of the Housing Security Division, deputy director of the Information Center of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (Provincial Director of the Real Estate Supervision and Analysis Center), leader (at the director’s level) of the Preparation Group of the Zhejiang Provincial Comprehensive Law Enforcement Supervision Agency, director of the Zhejiang Provincial Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Guidance Bureau, director of the Urban Construction Division of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Party member of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and chief engineer of the Urban-Rural Development Department.
