On September 4, all the participants in the construction of Jinyidong Line pledged to meet the requirements of the comprehensive transportation conference. Up to now, the investment of Jinyidong Line has accumulated to 29.41 bn RMB, accounting for 84.8% of the total project investment. Among them, the annual investment that has been completed is 2.451 bn RMB, accounting for 73.3% of the whole annual investment plan.

At present, seven electric passenger cars have arrived in Jinyi. Static and dynamic debugging have been carried out one after another, and the operation is ready to start. The “Regulations on the Operation and Management of Rail Transit in Jinhua City” have been approved by a unanimous vote at the 30th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Congress, which provided a solid legal guarantee for the opening and operation of the project.

At present, more than 1,600 operating personnel have been on duty, and a total of more than 900 people have been sent abroad for training. More than 1,200 people have completed the work of obtaining evidence for special operations, and the passing rate of obtaining evidence is 100%. Personnel in key operational positions have also arrived in batches, and pre-operation preparations such as track area management, fare setting, and seamless bus connection are also steadily advancing.
