Workers were constructing the student dormitory of the graduate school and supporting facilities of the Yiwu campus of the College of Modern Science and Technology, China Jiliang University (CJLU) on May 6. This is the second phase of the construction project at the university. The current work includes construction of the primary structure, masonry work on the secondary structure, and water and electrical preparatory work. To date, 63% of the main project has been completed.

According to the director of the project, the College of Modern Science and Technology of CJLU is the first venture introduced in the Shuangjianghu Science and Education Park. To meet the accommodation needs of the 2022 freshmen, the project has overcome problems of adverse weather, narrow work surfaces, and a tight building schedule since the start of construction. The workers need to accelerate the progress of the project and adjust the construction plans and resource allocation to streamline the construction work.
