In order to jointly work on the prevention and control of the "8.2" cases in Yiwu, and ensure the life safety and health of the people, according to the research and judgment of the provincial and municipal expert groups, we have decided to upgrade the temporary control measures for COVID-19 prevention and control in Jinhua. It is hereby notified as follows:

Please avoid travelling to Jinhua unless it's essential. Reduce turnover among county-level cities in Jinhua. High-speed railway stations, airports, and other public places shall require "Green Health Code + negative result of a PCR test taken within 48 hours” at entrance and exit.

All kinds of meetings, forums, trainings, performances, competitions, examinations, exhibitions, and other gatherings must be reported and recorded according to the requirements, and relevant measures for epidemic prevention and control must be strictly implemented. Gathering activities with more than 50 people shall be suspended.

Public places management should impose capacity restrictions of 50%. Individuals should actively cooperate with temperature measurements and present their "3-in-1 code" (Jinhua COVID-19 prevention code, health code, and travel code).

Key institutions such as nursing homes, child welfare organizations, kindergartens, and off-campus training centers should operate in a semi-closed management mode and strictly follow the prevention and control measures such as regular PCR-testing, cleaning, disinfecting, and ventilating.

Taxi drivers and rideshares should carry out daily cleaning and disinfection, regular PCR testing and other prevention and control measures. All passengers should scan "Jinhua COVID-19 Prevention Code."

Please wear face masks properly. We have to try our best to adhere to good habits: washing hands frequently, ventilating, keeping social distance, and using public chopsticks. Please undergo regular PCR testing. If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, dyspnea, etc., please go to the nearest fever clinic for observation and treatment in time and keep face masks on the whole way. Avoid public transportation when seeking treatment.

Counties (cities and districts) with local COVID-19 cases shall strictly implement the local prevention and control measures.

The above control measures will be implemented from the date of release, and will be dynamically adjusted according to the epidemic situation.

为联动做好义乌“8·2”疫情防控工作，切实保障人民群众生命安全和身体健康，根据省市专家组研判意见，决定对全市范围升级疫情防控临时管控措施。现通告如下：

减少人员流动。倡导市外人员非必要不来金，减少市内人员县际流动。高铁站、机场等须凭“健康码绿码+48小时内核酸检测阴性证明”出入。

出租车、网约车司机要严格落实每日清洁消毒、定期核酸检测等防控措施，乘客须扫“金华防疫码”。

倡导广大市民坚持戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、一米线、用公筷等良好生活习惯，定期参与核酸检测。出现发热、咳嗽、呼吸困难等不适症状，应立即就近到发热门诊就诊，不乘坐公共交通工具就医，中途全程佩戴口罩。

有本土疫情的县（市、区），按当地疫情防控管控措施从严执行。

以上管控措施自发布之日开始实施，后续将根据疫情形势发展进行动态调整。
