On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the launch of the Double Eight Strategies and the Ten Thousand Projects, and within the 3rd anniversary of the establishment of Jinhua’s Jinyi New Area, a special event was held to collect the works of nationally renowned writers. Twenty-two well-known writers visited the Jinyi New Area to experience its unique style and humanistic spirit.

During the event, the delegation visited Jinyi Lake Science and Technology Innovation Platform, Newton New Energy Vehicle Project, Ai Qing’s Former Residence, Cainiao Jingu E-Commerce Industrial Park, and East China International Intermodal Port. At the Jinyi Lake Science and Technology Innovation Platform, the writers listened carefully to the explanations and started relevant discussions.

The Jinyi Lake Science and Technology Innovation and Intelligent Manufacturing Platform primarily undertakes the functions of scientific and technological innovation research and development, high-end intelligent manufacturing, and other functions in Jinyi New District and throughout the whole city.

Chen Bojun, a member of the Chinese Writers Association, said: “It is fundamental to improve the environment, and then we are likely to attract all sorts of investments. I think this strategy reflects the courage of the government. So I would like to dig out the stories behind this developmental process.”

Members of the group said that Jinyi New District has rich tourism resources, unique history and culture, and vigorous industrial development. After attending this event, they feel the motivation to write down their impressions and thoughts on this trip through prose, poetry, and expressive techniques.
